Requirements for glue of inductance coil glue filling machine
Two component epoxy resin is commonly used in inductance coil gluing machine. That is, AB glue, its package is a glue, the other barrel is B glue, two kinds of glue mix together according to the proportion will solidify. According to the color, epoxy resin commonly used in inductance coil can be divided into transparent, black and milky white, etc. according to the mixing ratio, there are generally 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and black 4:1 or 5:1.
1. Good fluidity and low viscosity perfusion to avoid residual voids inside the product and affect product performance;
2. Meet the 130 degree CrTi index, good insulation and high withstand voltage.
3. If it is used for a long time from - 40 ℃ to 150 ℃ in high and low temperature environment, there will be no gel cracking and substrate separation.
4. The internal stress is small and the coil is protected from the mechanical stress caused by heating cycle.
5. After curing, there is no bubble, the surface is smooth, glossy and high hardness.
6. The cured material has good acid-base resistance, moisture-proof, waterproof and dust-proof performance, and is resistant to damp heat and atmospheric aging.
