Many customers sometimes worry about the bubble problem when they use the double liquid glue filling machine. How to solve the bubble problem?
1. Vacuum the glue. Some glue is not defoaming, and it will form honeycomb bubbles after curing, and then the interior will be very flat after vacuuming.
2. The glue is thick. Some glue is sticky, bubbles can not be discharged, forming bubbles, in this case, you can replace the thinner glue.
3. The electronic components or coils of the product are relatively dense, and the internal space is small. If the glue is filled at one time, the air can not be discharged and bubbles will be formed. In this case, the glue can be poured twice or three times. First, apply the primer to cover the electronic components, so that the bubbles can have time to drain out, and then fill the second or third time.
4. Some glue will produce bubbles when encountering moisture, so preheat the product when pouring glue. You can pass the product through the furnace, set the temperature to 60 ℃, and preheat it for about 15 minutes.
