This problem may exist in the following five reasons: the quality of the filling valve is not up to standard, the sealing parts are worn and corroded, the glue is too thin, the air pressure is too high, and the diameter of the syringe needle is too small.
1. Low quality filling valve, air leakage, processing accuracy is not high, the valve can not be closed tightly, which will cause glue dripping.
2. If the rubber valve is used for a long time, or the glue itself is corrosive, the seal will be damaged. In this way, the rubber valve will have a sealing gap when closing the glue, the effect of suction will be greatly reduced, and the glue will also drip. Therefore, when the rubber valve is used for a long time, there will be glue dripping. First, change the seal and try it!
3. The particles of glue filler are too large and the proportion is too much, which causes the seal ring to wear. Replace the glue with better quality, and the problem is solved.
5. The leakage of rubber valve often occurs after the rubber valve is closed. 95% of the cases are due to the small diameter of the needle used.
6. Glue filling machine needle, too small needle will affect the flow of liquid, resulting in back pressure, resulting in drip soon after the rubber valve is closed. If the needle is too small, it will affect the exhaust bubble action when the rubber valve starts to use. As long as the larger needle is replaced, this problem can be solved. The conical oblique needle produces the least back pressure and the most smooth liquid flow. The air in the liquid will leak after the rubber valve is closed. It is better to remove the air in the liquid in advance, or use the glue which is not easy to contain bubbles, or centrifuge the glue before use.
